Giorgio Chiellini was born on August 14, 1984 in Pisa, Italy. He is a soccer player who plays as a central defender for Serie A club Juventus. At the beginning of his career as a football player, he was a left defender.

Chiellini started his professional soccer career for Livorno in 2000 and played for the club for four seasons. Having played for one season for Fiorentina, he then joined Juventus in 2005 and is still playing for the Turin club until now.

Chiellini is also the Italian national soccer team player and has 63 caps for his country.
