Lionel Andres Messi was born in Rosario, Argentina, on June 24, 1987 He plays for Argentine national team and La Liga club Barcelona. Messi is considered as one of the best soccer players in Argentina and the world.
Messi started his professional football career his first with Barcelona. Messi, who played for Barcelona, recorded as the youngest scorer in La Liga in the 2004/2005 season.
In his first season with Barcelona, Messi felt the La Liga champions, and the following season won the doubles title, La Liga and the Champions League. In the 2006-2007 season, Messi scored a hat trick against Real Madrid in 'El Classico' and scored 14 goals in 26 matches.
