Claudio Andrés Bravo Muñoz was born on April 13, 1983 in Viluco, Chile. He was a Chilean professional soccer player who plays for FC Barcelona in La Liga and the Chilean national team, as a goalkeeper.

He spent most of his career with Real Sociedad in Spain, played in 237 official matches with the club. He started his football career with Colo-Colo in 2002.

Bravo represent Chile in two World Cup tournaments and three Copa América. He also served as captain of the Chilean national team.
