Álvaro Borja Morata Martín was born on October 23, 1992 in Madrid, Spain. He is a soccer player who plays as a striker for Real Madrid.

At the junior level, he played for Atlético Madrid and Getafe CF and then joined Real Madrid junior coaching system in 2008.

On September 2, 2012, El Real team manager, Jose Mourinho announced, Morata, along with Nacho and Jesús Fernández Collado was promoted to the first team, but they still played for Castilla (Real Madrid B). In the 2011-2014 season, Morata play for the first team of Real Madrid in La Liga. In the 2014/2015 season transfer window he moved to Serie A champions, Juventus.
